Additional Bunkhouse available sleeping
The Bunkhouse is also available as an extra twin
bedroom sleeping two people. There are 2 single beds
and has TV and tea & coffee making facilities.
However no washroom or toilet facilities, guests to
use facilities in main cottage.
If required the Bunk House is an extra £120 per
week. Please state on enquiry

The accommodation will be from 4pm
Saturday of arrival - 10am Saturday of departure.
On departure please leave the house in
a clean & tidy condition, as you found it upon
arrival. In the event that the property or garden
area, or contents of the Cottage is deliberately, or
negligently damaged or broken by you, or any member of
your party, you will be fully liable for the repair or
replacement of the item(s) in question.
There is a Good Housekeeping Deposit of £100
which will be due with the balance of your payment.

In the event that you are not
completely satisfied with anything regarding the let
of either property, we request that you notify us
immediately in order for us to have an opportunity to
address your concerns. Failure to disclose your
concerns to us during the letting period will forgo
any future compliant procedure.
Bookings will be confirmed upon
receipt of 30% deposit and the balance of your holiday
will be due 8 weeks before the holiday date. Bookings
made within 8 weeks of your holiday date - full
Cancellation- If notice of
Cancellation is given not later than 8 Weeks before
your Holiday Date, you will not be liable to pay the
outstanding balance, but you will lose your Deposit,
unless you book an alternative week. However if you
cancel your Holiday within 8 Weeks you will be liable
to pay the balance unless we receive an alternative
booking from elsewhere.
