The Sound of Mull, the Islands of Rhum Eigg and Muck,
Treshnish Isles & Iona, Coll, Tiree
and also extended trips to the less fished
waters of Barra and the Hebrides.
Fishing closer to home on Storm Days the sheltered waters
of Loch Sunart have provided
some of the biggest Common Skate - almost breaking the British Record
of 227lbs
- which was also caught on this Boat!
General Specification
The Laurenca II is a 38ft Aqua
Star powered by a 250hp Perkins Sabre diesel engine
- giving a 10-12 knot cruising speed.
Electronics
These include Colour Sounder, Radar,
GPS, Digital Signalling VHF Radio,
TV/Radio, Vodaphone and 12, 24 and 240 volt charging systems on request.
For Your Safety
Laurenca II has duel certification
for both the Pleasure and Workboat Code
- for Sea Area 2 (up to 60 miles off shore from a safe haven)
Which allows us to fish or sail anywhere in the Scottish West
Coast.
For Your Comfort
Laurenca II has a large Flush deck for easy, spacious
fishing
and the cabin is fully central heated with galley and toilet below.
We can carry 12 passengers on Wildlife Trips - for fishing we
recommend between 6 - 8.
