Sitting Room A Large room which looks onto the conservatory with views of the Loch. Furnished with sofa and armchairs - Open Fire set in stone surround - Electric Fire - Radio/Cassette Player - Books and Games - DVD Player and limited Sky TV reception.

Kitchen & Utility Room A well equipped spacious kitchen-dining area with breakfast bar and stools. Equipment includes Large Fridge/Freezer, Electric Cooker, Electric Toaster, Microwave Oven. A Washing Machine and Tumbler Dryer are situated in the Utility Room - which leads from the kitchen to the back door. The Utility room also has a Shower room which consists of a Shower, WC and Handbasin. Bedrooms Double Room Twin Room Triple Room One twin bedded room , one double bedded room and one triple bedded room Each bedroom has Handbasin, built in wardrobe, two chairs, chest of drawers, panel heater and shaver adapter All beds have duvets, electric blankets and two pillows. All bedding is provided. Bathroom Bath - Basin - WC - Electric Shower and Heated ceiling light Conservatory A large room - double glazed with triple glazed roof. Entrance from garden and sitting room.  Furnished with dining table and chairs and easy chairs Veranda Lovely views overlooking Loch Sunart Electricity Electricity will be charged at cost and deducted from your booking deposit.
